Cloud storage
Connect your Google Drive or OneDrive to pull documents straight into Coassemble, with no downloading and re-uploading.
You can source documents to transform directly from Google Drive or OneDrive, so you don't have to download a file and upload it again. You connect your account once, then browse and pick files from within Coassemble.
Connect and select a file
- From your dashboard, open the Transform a document tool.
- When prompted to upload, choose Google Drive or OneDrive instead of uploading from your device.
- In the pop-up, sign in to your Google or Microsoft account and authorise the connection. If you've connected before, you won't need to reauthorise, just select your drive.
- Browse your drive, find the document, and select it.
Coassemble uploads the file and starts transforming it into a course, ready for you to review and edit.
If you have trouble connecting
Check that:
- Pop-ups are enabled in your browser, since the sign-in opens in a pop-up window.
- You're using the correct account credentials.
- Your file is a supported format: PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), text (.txt), or rich text (.rtf).
