Regional Academies of Sport unified onboarding across a distributed network.
The Regional Academies of Sport (RAS) develop emerging athletes, coaches and performance staff right across regional Australia. As participation grew year on year, each academy trained and onboarded its own way.
Challenge
Information, training and onboarding were delivered differently in each region, and geography made face-to-face education impractical, so alignment and a consistent standard were hard to maintain.
Solution
