360Learning
Yes. Export your course from Coassemble as a SCORM package, then upload it to 360Learning as a SCORM course. Once it's in, 360Learning tracks completion as learners work through it.
If your team runs training in 360Learning, you can build courses in Coassemble and deliver them there. Coassemble exports a standard SCORM package, and 360Learning accepts SCORM, so the two work together with completion tracked in 360Learning.
Add a Coassemble course to 360Learning
- In Coassemble, export your course as a SCORM package (Dynamic or Standalone) and download the .zip file.
- In 360Learning, click Create → Course at the top right of the homepage.
- From the creation options, select SCORM.
- In the left sidebar below Course Overview, click Upload SCORM, then OR SELECT A FILE and choose the Coassemble .zip from your computer.
- Use 360Learning's Preview to walk through the course and check it reaches the end and registers a Completion status.
- Publish the course to your chosen groups or catalogs.
Dynamic vs standalone
A Dynamic SCORM package keeps a live connection to Coassemble, so changes you publish in Coassemble flow through to the version in 360Learning. A Standalone package is static and runs independently, so you'd re-upload it to update it. Choose based on whether you want updates to carry across automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Does 360Learning track completion?
Yes. Once the SCORM course is uploaded, 360Learning registers completion as learners finish it. Use the Preview to confirm the completion status comes through before publishing.
How do I update a course after uploading it?
If you exported a Dynamic SCORM package, publish your changes in Coassemble and they flow through. If you used Standalone, re-export and replace the file in 360Learning.
Which SCORM format should I use?
Coassemble exports SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004, and 360Learning accepts SCORM, so either works. Pick the format your 360Learning setup expects.
