If your team keeps its files and resources in Box, you can make your Coassemble courses available there too. Because every course has a shareable link, you save that link in Box and the course sits with the rest of your content, ready for people to open.

Add a course to Box

1. Log in to your Coassemble workspace.
2. Go to the Courses tab and select your course.
3. Click the Share button underneath the course image and copy the share link.
4. In Box, save that link where you want the course to live, so it's accessible from your Box workspace.

Anyone who opens the link from Box launches the course directly, with no separate login needed.

Turn documents in Box into courses

Box is where a lot of teams keep their manuals, playbooks and policy documents. You can use that content to build training rather than starting from scratch.

Coassemble's built-in document import works with Google Drive and OneDrive rather than Box, so for Box the route is the API: pull a document's content using Box's own API or MCP server, then pass it to Coassemble's generate API to create a course and build screens and quizzes from it. API course generation is available on Embed Core and above.
