Hub

Hub is for branded, governed training at scale. It adds collections, SCORM export, domain locking, custom fonts and full Coassemble branding removal on top of Pulse. It includes 200 Identified Recipients a month, or 2,800 a year on annual billing.

Hub is the plan for teams whose training has become official: it needs to be on-brand, controlled, and ready to run through existing systems. It includes everything on Pulse, then adds the governance, branding and delivery features that turn ad-hoc training into a professional programme.

What Hub adds over Pulse

• Run structured programmes. Group courses into Collections and share whole collections at once.
• Deliver to an LMS. Export courses as Dynamic SCORM (in-app download) and view SCORM usage insights.
• Control access. Domain locking to restrict access to your email domain, and Slack channel sharing.
• Own the branding. The Coassemble badge is off on both shared and embedded surfaces, and you can upload custom fonts.
• Tighten assessment. Limited quiz retries.
• More embeddables and analytics. The full view-mode embeddable suite across courses and collections (players, cards, lists) plus the Course, Collection and User Analytics embeddables, with the read-only Collections API.
• Higher AI allowances. 150 image generation events and 250,000 narration tokens per month, with premium voices.
• Security documentation for review processes.

Recipient allowances on Hub

Hub comes with monthly or annual billing, and the recipient allowances depend on which you choose. Annual plans include the equivalent of two extra months of allowance:

• Monthly: 200 Identified Recipients and 2,000 Anonymous Recipients per month.
• Annual: 2,800 Identified Recipients and 28,000 Anonymous Recipients per year.

What's not on Hub

The full read/write API, the Generate API, webhooks, builder embeddables, standalone SCORM and SCORM via API are part of the Embed plans. Hub's embeddables and API access are view and read only.

When to move up from Hub

Move to the Embed plans when you want to deliver Coassemble inside your own product: programmatic course creation through the Generate API, builder embeddables so your users author courses in your app, webhooks, and read/write API access. That's Embed Core and above.

Can I use the API to build my own integration on Hub?
